Pet of the Month: Lloyd

Lloyd is new to our rescue.  He is about 5 years old and 50 pounds.  Lloyd loves other dogs and is an OUTSTANDING example of the wonderful Boxer breed. He loves all people.  Unfortunately, Lloyd has had nothing but a hard life, which makes his incredible temperament even more amazing! When we rescued him, he was in a lot of pain, in poor health and had heartworm.  He bounced back from all of that though! Unfortunately, life can’t seem to cut Lloyd a real break.  He was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma. He is not painful now and in every other way, is VERY healthy and happy. We are treating him using a holistic method that has had success in the past and his is doing very well (his bone appears to be healing itself!).  If you would like to learn more about Lloyd or donate to the Let’s Help Lloyd fund, please reach out to us!
