Meet Georgia, the Magnificent!
We think Georgia is magnificent, because despite her rough start, and years of neglect, she is still the sweetest little thing. We have learned that Georgia is mostly blind. Because of that, she should find a home with another canine companion to help her get around. Blind dogs have an uncanny ability to “map” their surroundings, so they truly do get around wonderfully, but she will be much more comfortable with a companion to “tail.”
Georgia definitely appreciates living in a home, with a cozy dog bed and lots of toys to play with. She would be fine with older children (8 and above), but is not suitable for younger children.
Georgia will steal your heart, she is certainly a favorite of many of our volunteers.
