Underdog/Transition Plus Partnership
Youth in Partnership with Animals
Humane Education was introduced to school children in the late 1800’s by the founder of the Massachusetts Society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
Humane education is a form of character education, stressing the importance of respect, compassion, and responsibility in our treatment of all animals the their habitats. When children learn to treat animals well, they are more apt to treat people well.
Underdog Rescue is developing a network of community partnerships with Transition Plus.
Beginning later this fall
Underdog Rescue in Partnership with S.N.A.P.
Underdog Rescue Volunteers are working with MN Spay, Neuter, Assistance Program (MNSNAP) to help stop the overpopulation of dogs and cats in Minnesota. A proven program that we are happy to be associated with.
It is our mission to end the suffering and death of homeless animals due to pet overpopulation by providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay and neuter services to Minnesota shelters, rescue organizations, and the companion animals of the low-income community.
