Hi I'm Angelina!  I came her from Arkansas with my babies.  My job as a mom is over and now it's my turn to be spoiled and loved.  I adore attention and am always ready for scratches and pets.  Sometimes I forget my manners and and I jump up for that attention so I'm working on keeping all my cute paws on the floor.  I'm a good girl and I've done great with potty training.  I must admit I don't like the cold so I go fast so I can get back inside where it's warm.  I'm most comfortable with bigger dogs like me.  One of my doggie friends is a talker and at first I would reach out with my paw and put it on her head like a mom saying hush haha!  Now I just ignore her and her puppy like ways.  Foster mama says tolerance is a good thing. When I meet smaller calm dogs my tail wags, but my hair goes up.  Since I seem unsure about the little dogs it might be best for now if I didn't live with one.  Anyway, once it's warm I can't wait to get outside where we can have adventures together!  I think I'd make an excellent running partner.  I've got the energy and these pretty long legs for the job!  I haven't met any kids, but I think older ones might be best so that I don't jump and accidentally knock anyone over.  Also I might steal their food since I love all food.  I can't wait to meet you and become your baby girl!

Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders.  Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. ADOPTION EVENTS:   

Adoption events are updated as the foster home RSVP's to attend. Check back for updates on which events they will be attending. Please understand that all of our pets are in volunteer foster homes and sometimes "life" happens and the foster family cannot make it to their scheduled adoption event. If you are traveling from a far distance to meet a specific animal, please understand we cannot guarantee event attendance. You may wish to consider applying and setting up a private appointment. Private appointments are only scheduled after an application is submitted and approved.

FOSTER CARE:

All of our animals are fostered in individual homes or doggie daycare facilities. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves. NUTRITION:

Nutrition is vital to the rehabilitation and life-long health of our pets.  All of our foster animals are fed a premium diet such as NutriSource, Canidae, Orijen, Nature's Variety, Fromm, Pure Vita, Stella and Chewy's, Primal, or balanced raw diet.  All adopters are required to continue providing premium diets for the life of the animal.
